What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like that this software allows me to edit PDFs with a word processor. It's got a lot of tools that allow me to change font color and size, or add and delete text. Since it's web-based, it's also allowed me to work on the go since I can use it on multiple devices, so long as I have an internet connection. I also really like how I can create forms on it and easily share this to my clients via email. It's really a useful tool all around.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that for a free online PDF editor, it's got a lot of tools. Do I wish there were more tools available? I do, but then again I am using it for free so I think overall it is okay.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has certainly solved any problems I have had with my productivity since it's web-based nature allows me to work wherever and whenever. I can work on whatever device I have with me and just store my work on the cloud and access it somewhere else if necessary. It can also scan documents with optical character recognition technology, so I can easily have documents digitized and edited on a computer or other device.
