What are the best aspects of this product?

The system's frequent crashes can result in a complete loss of your work, making it essential to save after every edit. Furthermore, opening a saved file may require you to update the text, and even a minor change can disrupt the entire document, forcing you to readjust and rework the entire page. Another issue is the inability to adjust the page size, except through the online tool, which can be frustratingly slow.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you experience any issues with the software, please reach out to customer support for assistance. Keep in mind that their response time may take 7 to 10 business days. It's important to note that there is a known issue with the software, and they recommend using the web tool instead.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Since I didn't do much research and it was the best I could find at the time, I completely ignored the ongoing glitches and was determined to be a customer for life. I was forced to look elsewhere after more than four years due to inadequate customer service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I made a final request for a resolution to either fix the software issues or provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, my request was denied, and I still have access to the software that is not functioning properly until July 10, 2023.
