What are the best aspects of this product?
Don't know, I wanted to edit and was told to buy OCR extra.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Their service delivery. I cannot get an answer out of service.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Sell a complete product. Donlt say it can edit but after buying it it cannot edit. Then you have to buy OCR extra to edit.
