Software that’s really user-friendly

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use is really what I love about this software. PDFs can be edit without any trouble, and electronic signatures can be collected without any hassle. It's made workplace process really move along much more quickly, and this streamlining is something that I think other companies can really benefit from. It's done wonders for our own workplace and I can see it doing the same for others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have a problem with the software itself, but I do wish that their customer support agents were more attuned to the customers. When I first contacted them I felt like I wasn't really provided with any help and instead just directed to a website where I could download. Even that website's interface could be improved and made sleeker and more visually appealing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Efficiency at the office has just increased thanks to this software. We don't have to switch programs any longer or print out PDFs just to attach a signature to it. Now, thanks to this software, we can just sign it directly.
