This is a really perfect tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things I like about this software. For one thing, I really appreciate its OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox integrations, since it allows me to work remotely and on the go. It also has all the tools necessary when I need to edit images and text, and I can even sign a document digitally. The conversion feature is also really great; it can convert PDFs into other file types and vice versa. I also found it easy to get used to using it because of the familiar interface that feels a lot like Microsoft Office, so I didn't have a steep learning curve when it came to me splitting, merging, or annotating PDF files and then converting them to either HTML or MS Office. Saving and sharing my work is also a breeze, and has just made my productivity increase all around.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maybe the only negative I can cite is that you need a net connection to use it, which is a drawback if you find yourself in areas with poor or no connection at all. Other than that, I don't see any other issue with this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This really streamlined our process and helped save us time, since I can use any device to edit any PDF I am working on, and just save it in the cloud afterward.
