User-friendly and really convenient

What are the best aspects of this product?

Compared to other products I've used, this is really a marked improvement. There are a lot of features that allow me to do a variety of things. I can take whatever type of document and turn them into PDFs. I can edit it, extract images from it, combine PDF pages, and even break up a PDF into multiple pages. It has also helped me out with my productivity since it is web-based and I can work as long as I have an internet connection. It's also easy to use and there's no steep learning curve to deal with or instructional manuals to read through. I don't even have to install anything. Best of all, for the convenience that it gives me, it's really worth the price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do have some things that I would like to see improved. There's only a limited amount of PDFs I can generate on the same IP, and I have to fit all of that in a specific time limit. The software could also be more stable because there are moments where it just freezes up and I need to do my work all over again. I also feel like the cost of the premium version is a bit limited, so I find it really hard to consider upgrading. I can see that being a problem with other companies as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software has been a really big help when it comes to administration and management. We've been able to either split or merge PDFs so our billing process has gone really well.
