What are the best aspects of this product?

I found it safe, having highly advanced filters, fast conversion process if the files are short or small in size without corruption.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Hope the developers will increase the trial version limitation.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I don't think according to me it is fine with all its current feature as per my usage.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I just used this software for conversion note for the recovery of OST files. I only need to change the OST files into a new PST file for Outlook 2019 and it really done that jobs quite nicely.
