What are the best aspects of this product?
There are lots of thing related to a software and its easy to judge any of them but specifically the advanced filter mode which helped me a lot while recovering the OST data emails. And preview of the emails is plus point.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You can go with its GUI I think you will do it better in next updates too.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The separate conversion to another file format at same time will be a good point to have.

Our organization uses MS Outlook and it is server connected few of our employees emails are downloaded from but not opening correctly to recover them wisely we use this software.
