SolidWorks is a robust software. The interface is really user-friendly and the technical support service is top-notch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some PDM errors, but I don't think it's because of the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can use this software even for projects that were made with other programs. It can be imported smoothly.
