What are the best aspects of this product?
It's hard to find a web development company like Solodev that is very proactive in providing after-sales support to their clients. As soon as you call their hotline, a rep would immediately take the call and note all your issues. I appreciate the fact that they listen attentively, take notes in between and ask probing questions. No matter how long the conversation would last, you would feel the eagerness and sincerity to help you out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It took most of us some time to learn how to use Solodev without asking for help from the training team. Admittedly there was a struggle since we had to learn how an application works from scratch. I have noticed that Solodev is more complicated as compared to WordPress. Recently they made some significant upgrades to the features confusing the majority of the staff. It resulted in delays in some of our projects, which, of course, affected our overall quarterly performance.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Words are not enough to express my gratitude to the team behind this product. I believe in their capabilities and knowledge in fixing whatever is wrong with my work. Whenever they deal with more complex issues, they make sure to take ownership throughout the situation, so I am not stuck into dealing with the problem.
