What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to get in touch with the company, whether through phone calls or emails. They always do their best to respond to all our concerns at the soonest time possible. The staff of Solodev has been very supportive of our business, although out because they never get tired of teaching us what to do. We were able to benefit a lot from the training that they provided us. They were able to answer all of the questions that we prepared, so we are pretty much satisfied with Solodev's services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of their biggest challenges is the language barrier because some of our staff could not communicate well in English and are having a hard time asking for assistance. I wish that they should employ reps that speak fluent Spanish to solve a lot of issues at a faster pace. There are also instances where it took Solodev more than a week to cater to simple requests, which causes delays and frustration on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are currently doing a significant overhaul of our website by fixing the format and adding new content for our readers. We wanted to give the site a new look to increase our SEO rankings, which is great for business. Thankfully Solodov offers a wide variety of pre-made templates to choose from and editing the entire content is much easier to accomplish.
