What are the best aspects of this product?

Most of the people in our organization do not have enough experience in building and designing a website that would impress our clients. I know that Solodev is the perfect match for all of our needs. Also, it isn't too complicated to use because it does not require codes at all. It's relatively easy for us to draft content and make changes anytime we need to. Also, the support team is very reliable for being too accommodating all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This company has spent so much time working on their documentation and learning materials, and I find this impressive. However, since I am not technically skilled at building sites from scratch, I must say that I still have many challenges to deal with. Besides, not all 3rd party apps integrate smoothly as expected. I am just thankful that they are always there to support us all the way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are things that I still could not do on my own, like changing or deleting some content on the website. I am scared to make some changes without supervision because there's a possibility that I may mess things up. Good thing that the employees from Solodev took care of the problem. They also advised me to take some extensive lessons to work on future projects with utmost confidence and success.
