What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspects are how user-friendly it is as well as secure. Ease-of-use is very important too, and I absolutely love how easy it has been especially being a Microsoft Excel user since as long as I could remember. Support from their team has been quick, respectful, and straightforward.Customer service is very hard to find these days.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything has been so great. I don't find any problems with it.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to see the cloud version launch soon which I already know it will!

Budgeting issues. We couldn't figure out how much we should plan for.
