The best feature is being able to access a device anytime remotely we need to. The ability to create policies for chosen folders is handy as well.

There is one instance when we can't remotely access a device when the device gets disconnected.

SOTI is a handy tool especially since it lets us create policies like setting data cap restrictions, banning non-work-related websites, and locking access to certain apps. We also use it to transfer files as well as install and update applications remotely.
