What are the best aspects of this product?
The kiosk worked like they said it would, more or less. It did keep users behind the kiosk and protect our environment. It, however, used 150% more data usage than they claimed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The high data usage was one thing. We could not solve it working with the company. Where the real problem is they DOUBLE charged us the annual fee. We paid twice, once by check, once with ACH. They threatened to shut us down and we had to pay the second time. After providing all the documentation they answered that I need to get a letter from my bank on bank letterhead that the fee was paid twice. I worked with the bank and the payment forwarder. What a pain.
