What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how I can quickly deploy an application on different HHD with just a push of a button.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't particularly appreciate how I can't access the root access device settings of an Android phone when the screen is locked.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this software to perform daily actions for my customers' handheld devices like monitoring data, installing an application, and fixing glitches. We can also limit the user's phone access to just one screen to prevent the device's misuse while saving some expenses such as data and sim bills.
