Sovos has outstanding tech support. They have assigned an officer in charge of filing our reports and so far, he's been really helpful and accommodating. The service we get from Sovos definitely makes us more productive

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up could be a bit confusing and complicated. Thank god for their amazing tech support.

The app helps with filing DTC reports and monitoring of shipments.
