What are the best aspects of this product?

Sovos' technical support team is really helpful and always reachable. I've contacted them a couple of times to clarify stuff and they're always ready to assist. I never have problems with using the app because it's extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don't have any disappointing experience with Sovos yet.
