I love how rich this software is. It has all the necessary functionalities and information that our team needs to deliver our expected outputs.

The search function might not be that intelligent since it's having a hard time locating some of our searches.

It shortened our processing time because of its ability to streamline our processes, organize our workflows, and easily create cases. The cloud also allows us to access much-needed information for us to fully utilize the app.
