Sovos is rich in content which we find extremely helpful when needed. The technical staff assigned to assist us is reliable and knowledgeable about the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't really like the appearance of the interface. Probably because it's a little cluttered.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The software is really helpful in processing 1099 and dealing with B Notices.
