What are the best aspects of this product?

SpyFu has a lot of amazing features. It allows you to see other sites and the SEO keywords they use. It also organizes your keywords so you can keep track of it. Its keyword research feature is also superb and their customer service is just great. They are very accomodating and helpful. I'd recommend SpyFu to anyone who asks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love SpyFu. I don't have much to complain about this tool.
