They have great customer service. When I had to cancel my membership after forgetting it for 2 months, they were able to help me void the charges.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Faster processing time for keywords will be great, but aside from that, SpyFu is great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped our business a lot. I couldn't ask for a much better tool.
