Its competitor functionality and google export are great. I can easily customize it. Their support team is also very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A quick assessment tool will be great to extract fixes for our site. This will be a great addition, so we can keep track of what we need to improve on our own site.

I can easily determine the keywords I need to use for each client and find the trends in content.
