Good employee monitoring software

What are the best aspects of this product?

The features are useful (I can monitor activity in applications and social network, watch the screens in live mode, see keystrokes and clipboard events). The information is represented in different charts. Customer service helps solve the issues with the soft. The price is rather high, but the soft is worth trying out. I work as a system administrator in a big financial company. The soft helps me know what exactly has taken place on the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I needed the program for 17 computers. Unfortunately, on the website you have to choose btw. 10 and 20 computers, there\\\\\\\'s no such an option to buy the software for 17 computers.
