What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps me manage my employees. It allows me to monitor their computers remotely. Now, I don't have to manually go to their computers to retrieve the data I need. I can also access the information I need in any device because it is sent to my email. There's also a time control system which helps me monitor the productivity of my staff. It shows detailed reports about an employee's activity every day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to manually update the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can check my staff's productivity even if I'm not in the office.
