It offers great and intuitive interface, the tool is easy to use, the customer support service is helpful. What’s most important that it offers great price and this makes the platform far above its competitors. With Squarespace you can easily create website without any worrying about anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I have to re-verify my domain after a one year purchase.
