What are the best aspects of this product?
It can do a lot of things, such as tagging a non-member as a guest, which is great for increasing our member list. We’ve got a significant increase in such number by around 20%, and it is undeniable that StarChapter has contributed in many ways. Although, the meetings and offers we give to people significantly play some roles too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is quite difficult to learn, and we need to constantly re-check each update to make sure all procedures load properly. Managing badges for members and guests is inconvenient too since I need to download information from the system, then load them into Microsoft Excel for manually arranging them alphabetically.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us generate receipts in an instant. It also features a history of member registration, a list of members and guests, as well as useful templates and venues.
