What are the best aspects of this product?
It is unbelievably easy to use for a robust tool that I can easily teach its use to a beginner. And it has complete features for managing different aspects of a non-profit organization, such as for event organizing and for membership. This is because of the list of features it has, which let me complete different tasks such as creating and sending newsletters, creating and updating blogs, as well as managing sponsorships among others.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have some issues when creating registrations because it cannot incorporate sessions for such tasks. Also, when people left their memberships, it automatically goes to the previous members' section and won’t leave any membership history. The newsletter templates are also very long when sent through emails, thus people often don’t bother to read its contents. Moreover, it has some limitations on the admin panel that makes a volunteer organization difficult to handle. We need to upgrade the tool to suit our organizational structure.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A cheap platform that handles various tasks in one system, such as member sign-up, registration and management among others. Its rates rely on the number of members you have, meaning you don’t need to pay big if you only run a small group. It doesn’t demand frequent updates for functional efficiency as well.
