Seamless as a communication platform and for handling membership processes. Online updates are quick as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I experience some issues when personalizing email and web update templates. It is difficult to use the fields for metrics too since they’re too restricted for my use. There are even times when I opt not to use them.
