What are the best aspects of this product?
StarChapter is largely helping our non-profit org in many ways, but it is mainly about managing lunch meetings each month. The platform lets us keep in touch with members and with people from outside, inform them about meeting venues and schedules, as well as it lets us efficiently gather cash from such events. It allows us to efficiently send qualified educational certificates to everybody in each meeting, which we’ve learned how to do with the help of the guys in user support. It has really helped in pulling us together.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There was a major update of the StarChapter layout that has made it difficult for me to learn the platform again. I have overcome such difficulties, however, and I can’t really point any negative stuff about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Provides us an easily accessible list of members, then we can efficiently send emails to such members through the tool. It is a great support for managing cash donations too. This is because it helps us keep details about each meeting, such as the list of attendees and the amount each of them has given.
