What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the user interface is simple and easy to navigate. You can quickly find basic info with a couple of clicks. However, the customer support could be improved. The agents are helpful, but they do not seem well versed about the requirements of the retail community.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Stitch Labs is adequate for simple reporting and inventory management. More advanced functions need customization for which you must pay extra. The software does not allow you to manipulate and create reports for your own needs. As mentioned earlier, the support agents need to become informed about the needs of retailers. When I ask for better functionality, they only make a note of my request.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Stitch Labs to track and manage sellable goods. It provides good insight into different inventory values. The simple interface is easy to learn and use, and new employees can get the hang of the software in a couple of hours.
