Mag Manager for Managing your Magento Store Products

What are the best aspects of this product?

If you have a multi-store setup, its basically impossible to bulk manage your products without Magento Store Manager. We also use the product to import and export products from Magento which again, is another activity you cannot do without this solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a desktop-based app, but thats for a reason. Sure it would great if it were a saas type solution, but then you deal with all sorts of potential security issues, so the desktop app is probably the only way to go.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I've not come across any specific task that I could not complete in this solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability to bulk manage products. We have over 8000 SKUs, so using a tool like this is imperative.
