What are the best aspects of this product?
As a desktop app it is so much faster than using the Magento admin on the web.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can see how it would be a little intimidating for a user who is only used to web interfaces, it does require knowledge of remote database connection information.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to transfer all the product/category information from an old install of Magento over to a new one without manually entering them.
