What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we can manage ideas according to our preferences. Our team is not restrained to layouts, data fields, and grids that can’t capture the structure of our meetings. With the help of Stormboard, we can instantly assign projects and get updates about their statuses. It’s quite impressive that team members can do this all remotely through this tool. Whenever we have brainstorming sessions, we use this tool to come up with great ideas and break down everything into simpler forms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to spend ample time learning how this tool works. Using it for specific projects can be a bit confusing, especially if many members are involved in it. Also, learning how to use a particular tool to organize data and move them into a scheduler may take time. This means you need to have a technical background about this tool to understand everything in it easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Stormboard helps improve our collaboration efforts. It gives us the ability to map out ideas, stay on top of business plans, and solve issues immediately. We’ve noticed that our productivity is exponentially increasing, and team members become more proactive in tasks, goals, and due dates of projects. Finishing projects become faster.
