Stormboard is an effective platform for any business meeting. It has digital notes that allow us to draw or create charts just like using the actual paper and pens. It is easy to take down notes and create layouts using the built-in editing tools and different materials available within the platform. Stormboard, in general, is flexible and can be used for a variety of projects and tasks in the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you are new to this type of tool, it could be hard for you to find your way around as you use it. It would be better if there’s someone within the company with expertise in digital editing tools willing to facilitate or even provide a guide as the meeting progresses.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We know it can be quite daunting to draw out plans on whiteboards or other tools. But Stormboard is a life-saver for the company. It comes with standard shapes and easy-to-comprehend digital fonts that help ensure we’re doing things right. We use Stormboard to draw and map out plans for projects. We also use it to collaborate with the team, making sharing ideas more effective and smoother virtually.
