What are the best aspects of this product?

Simple product, it wasn't what we needed. We only tried the trial 7 days - 7/17 through 7/24
but at 7/24 they still charged us monthly billing because our subscription ended. According to support, which was never online during US hours, our subscription ended at 4pm and billed us at 6pm same day, although invoice shoes free trial period is until 7/24, and mentioned nothing about the timestamp and only offered 95% refund for that delay of 1 hour although nothing in terms and conditions stated it was by the hour as it was a 7 DAY trial period and it was still the same day as the free trial period.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

fixing biling or be more transparent about "Free biling period"
