What are the best aspects of this product?

Streak is a great tool to smoothen out collaborative tasks, even for small-scale projects. I still can't believe I can use it for free. I'm starting to think I'm abusing the developers of this app by benefiting greatly from it at no cost on my end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The suits me perfectly. It integrates smoothly with Gmail so I don't need to allot time to learn so much on an external plug-in that is usually complex.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There's nothing to dislike about Streak. It is the perfect platform for me, cutting my work time on CRM tasks by half.
