PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Streak has been highly beneficial to us in tracking emails and making them accessible to select people. Having efficient processes in accomplishing these tasks allows us to be more updated in everything that comes and goes in a project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There had been issues that took weeks before being resolved, particularly on reintegrating it with our Gmail. Although we appreciate how customer service was hands-on in resolving our problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Besides losing its sync with Gmail at one point, it still frequently disengages with the server. This requires a lot of work to get it back on and running. But Streak has been greatly beneficial that its strengths still outweigh its weaknesses. In addition, the interface is extremely user-friendly that it doesn't take more than a day to put new hires on board.
