What are the best aspects of this product?

Streak helps you make better decisions in whatever stage of your marketing cycle. It is helpful beginning the tracking of leads, to get reports on how many open your emails and to blasting them in bulk. These functions have definitely helped me reach a wider audience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't encountered any issues really.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communicating with clients has been my job, but Streak is a breakthrough in that it gives me a hint on their responses. Streak gives detailed reports on which content was opened the most, and what time of day. These are crucial so I could decide better how to create my content and when to send them.
