What are the best aspects of this product?
The open and read rates were some features I never thought were possible. But Streak did a good job on this, as well as on its integration with G-mail and its email notification system.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They've set a limit on how many emails we could track which is quite understandable since they are a growing business but the 200 cap is way below my needs.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Streak, I could do CRM and marketing work in one place and without hassle.
