PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorites with Streak are its color-coded labeling of email threads and the easy viewing of dates. This allows me to categorize emails based on the nature of their content or based on where they are in the sale cycle. I also like how well it adapts with any work process once you set it. Streak also helps in the organization of your emails to fit your needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The commands often don't work well especially the category name modification. The same can be said with its follow-up button. While it reminds me to follow up, once I click it, it often doesn't respond so I have to refresh the webpage for it to work. In the near future, I hope this can be resolved. I also look forward to more upgrades. One that will be extremely helpful is an ability to automatically input emails of person or persons to whom I am sending emails, based on its detection of the letterhead I am writing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Streak is a big help in making more efficient my management work. I can track emails and know easily how to respond to them based on their labels. Overall, I am able to become more prompt when responding to clients, which is what most would like from company representatives.
