What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm starting to love Gmail because of Streak. I'm introduced to a more efficient way to manage my emails, especially when you receive bulks in a day. I love that it groups important emails in various categories for more organized monitoring, can send emails in packs, schedule email sending, and customize related threads depending on needs. Although it has features that I don't use as often such as the integration, overall, Streak works well for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At present, Gmail's setup seems to somehow limit the Streak's scope. It could improve further by making it more compatible with the Gmail interface, such as the labels and viewing of certain commands.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Streak serves my needs. But I still hope it could have its own desktop interface so that it could be less confusing, which is the case when it is integrated with Gmail. With its own interface, Streak would be more flexible in design and allow more room for customization of its features, without the restrictions of Gmail's structure.
