What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how this editor is super lightweight. It's big when during opening, blazes its way through large files, highly customizable with its pre-installed plugins, and compatible with almost all technology. With so many tutorial and guide sources available, you can learn a lot of new things from this editor.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I dislike the fact that it's a closed source software. Also the editor hasn't had any major announcements or updates in a long while. At times, it won't have documentation for a number of configurations and things. It lacks a centralized method for seeking which plugins are deemed adequate and which ones aren't.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm constantly looking out for an editor my day-to-day tasks as a developer. This editor solved all issues I had with other editors. With this tool, I'm able to shave off time and be more productive.
