What are the best aspects of this product?

It's super light on PC resources. With the mixture of proper plug-ins it can be IDE-like. Really simple to modify. It makes everything manageable. Lots of plug-ins available for you to use and play around with.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The nagging to upgrade to the full version can be annoying. It's never an open-source. It would've been better if it as the opposite. That way, people can contribute. Package Control should be built within.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm a business owner who also happens to be a software developer. I use another program as my IDE main. Thing is, Sublime Text isn't considered a full-fledged IDE. I can make SQL. FTP from client can be view and edit the code.
