What are the best aspects of this product?

A modernized text editor that I soon came to love. Its primary feature gives me the ability to make customizations with just about everything from langauge support, UI, color schemes, auto complete, keymaps, and a whole lot more. Its community is constantly making daily extensions. This makes it possible to find just about everything for enahanced productivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have anything negative to say about this tool. As mentioned, if you want anything not supported through default, you can seek out an extension that can support all that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I make use of this editor for creating personal and work projects. So far, I've yet to come across any big or small issues.
