One of the most powerful editors that comes with a pleasing UI.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a powerful editor with a huge collection of plugins and priced reasonably. It comes with settings that can be tuned, saved, and transfered to new systems. It comes pre-installed with code highlighting, find/replace, and autocomplete features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just like any other product out there with a plethora of features, it can get a bit complex at times within its GUI. I'm not even sure it's something to completely avoid. But at times, you get lost in neverending checkboxes and menus. It's one tradeoff worth considering.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I constantly use Sublime for personal coding and most of my work. I even loaded it with linting and debugging plugins, which ensures my code is clean and operational as I move forward.
