So much to appreciate with Siblime. UI can be customized and is never bloated. It has a plug-in for everything. Package manager is excellent. This ensures for hassle-free installation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sublime's basic structure can be a difficult to go through intrict processes without the required packages. Making packaging addition can be a drain. It's also a bit expensive to use. Other competitors are freeware.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've made use of Sublime for professional and personal intentions. Just recently, I was able to create website via Sublime. The nice thing with is that it supports a markdown viewer plug-in. That way, I can working all project aspects with it.
