PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is an app that truly anticipates the needs of the church community. Either the developers are knee-deep in their faith, or they have done a very thorough research of their audience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As with any tool like this, a lot of improvements still need to be made for Subsplash. For one, there are certain tools that can be more polished. One such feature is the setting up of recurring events. This is virtually impossible with the current set-up and I still need to hook it up through Google calendars just to get the support I need. Needless to say, this is such a hassle for me. The developers seem to be aware of the issue but they have yet to push for a work-around this. I have my fingers crossed that things will get better soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has resolved our problem of reaching out to inactive members of our community. Engagement has been made better with Subsplash.
