What are the best aspects of this product?

None, it's an outdated app provider, with poor customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to not have outrageous cancellation policies that you are unaware of upfront. Subsplash is just about the worst church-related company out there.

Our church signed up for their app a month before I came on board. After I started we decided that the $119 a month they were charging was outrageous so I decided to cancel our subscription with them. After 6+ emails they finally responded and set up a mandatory "cancellation meeting". No, you can't just cancel your account you have to have a full-on meeting with them about ti first so they can try to force their way to make you continue your subscription.

Turns out you're stuck in a long term subscription and the only way out is to pay a 3 freaking month cancelation fee.

Here's the thing WE NEVER EVEN USED THEIR overly expensive and outdated product. We signed up for an account and never set anything up.

Not only that but after we finally have the cancelation meeting, their billing department did not contact us back for 7 more days. During those 7 days we got charged for another month, even though we had already canceled our account.

So now it's not just an outrageous $357.24 cancellation, it's also an additional overcharge of $119.08 on top of that.

In no world would I ever recommend Subsplash.
