PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve enjoyed so much flexibility from this tool. It has allowed us to personalize our app based on our community’s requirements. It’s really intuitive and anticipative of our needs--two things that we need when it comes to an app such as this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that the developers would consider to house an in-house web page for our content. Right now, we have to reach out to external partners to run our own website. Alternatively, they can also give us more freedom to customize media pages in lieu of a website.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to create a more centralized process in our church. Now, we no longer need to run an online board that can easily bury messages in just a matter of a few exchanges. With Subsplash, it’s a lot easier to round up our community members and make sure that they get informed on all events in our church. Events are better organized too. Members can easily confirm their attendance. In turn, we can anticipate the population of attendees ahead of time. Donations are a lot easier to send as well.
